Today is not only our first blogging experience, but we also have embarked on our new journey together. As I type this, we are anxiously awaiting our plane to board. We are about to board an AMC (Air Mobility Command) jet and head to Ramstein Air Base in Germany. We are going to be living near Spangdahlem Air Base (about an hour from Ramstein).
This is Michael's second time to be stationed at Spangdahlem, so he knows what to expect out of all of this. I, on the other hand, am picturing rolling hills and people singing cheerful songs - much like that of Sound of Music. We shall see in about 7 hours.
Our day has been long and crazy, but we are excited to get on our third and final plane and head to Duetschland!
